If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session.
This helps us offer your slot to someone else who may be waiting for support.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may incur a 50% fee.
If you have prepaid for a session, we will refund or credit it when cancellations are made in time.
We know that difficult or unforeseen situations can arise.
