Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and we completely understand that plans sometimes need to change. This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule your appointment in a way that supports both you and the smooth running of the clinic.

Giving Notice

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session.

This helps us offer your slot to someone else who may be waiting for support.

Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may incur a 50% fee.

If you have prepaid for a session, we will refund or credit it when cancellations are made in time.
